If you or your company makes lots of frequent trips, we offer a business account service in the Worthing area. This way you can pay for multiple trips in one go rather than each journey saving you time and hassle. This works for both companies large and small.
Get in touch so we can setup your business account. We will need just a few details from you.
Once your account is up and running, you book your cars in the normal way; by phone, email or even text.
We will send you an invoice at the end of each month; either by email or post depending on your preference. Your invoice will be itemised, listing each journey separately with the associated cost so you can keep tabs on your expenses.
Our preferred payment method is by BACS. You can however settle by company cheque or by credit/debit card (both incur a 3% surcharge).
Our job requires us to be testing our application multiple times a year which inevitably means dealing with airports. Airports2Go however are easy to book, efficient in their handling of flight details and always on time. We used them 6 times last year and the only hiccup was caused by us giving them the wrong flight times.
